After reading it, I really felt a feeling of being sparked, so I wanted to share this way of improving my body energy with everyone, and combined my own experience , to give some other ways to increase energy that I think are good.
In fact, maintaining a high-energy state is a very good thing. It can make your life more energetic and your life more active. People who feel empowered tend to be decisive, confident, optimistic, and sure that the odds are always on their side.
high energy pose
We all know that when we communicate, we not only use language, but also use body to express our thoughts, and usually body language can convey a lot of information, such as emotions, thoughts, judgments, etc. Even when we can’t see each other online, proper use of emoticons can allow us to better express ourselves and communicate more smoothly.
For example, we usually stretch out our bodies when we are extremely agitated or excited, and we usually curl up our bodies when we feel weak and helpless.
So in the same way, our thoughts will affect our behavior, and our behavior will in turn affect our thoughts. When you pretend you are powerful and powerful, you really feel powerful.
Amy Cuddy chose several poses to experiment with. The left pose is a stretched, open pose, which we call a high-energy pose; the right one is a curled, closed pose, which we call a low-energy pose. They asked two groups of people to do this pose for two minutes.
Experiments have found that the experimental group in high-energy poses will have higher testosterone levels and lower cortisol. These hormonal changes will make you more able to withstand stress, more confident, and more powerful. So from the experiment, it seems that posture can indeed affect us in turn.
Knowing that posture can change our thinking, we can actually use it. For example, before a tense interview, we can stretch for two minutes to make ourselves more confident in the interview; for example, before a speech, we can also use high-energy posture to improve our morale.

Exercising will actually make you look better and look younger. To give a very simple example, every time I want to lower my head while walking, I find that I can see my big pectoral muscles, and I will immediately feel that I am a real dick, and immediately raise my head and chest unconsciously. Then the posture of raising your head and chest is actually a high-energy posture, which will unconsciously increase your energy.
Furthermore, fitness is actually a healthy way of life, which will make you feel more powerful and energetic. After you start exercising, you will feel that your body shape is getting better and better, and the change in body shape can even cause a change in the temperament you exude.
Fitness does not only refer to going to the gym to lift weights. Swimming, running, mountain climbing, and yoga are all counted. Fitness is not difficult, but the difficulty is persistence. For example, 2-3 times a week can achieve the goal of having a healthy body.
mindfulness meditation
The information density of modern life is too great. Short videos and information flow are like a whirlpool. Many people’s attention is often drawn in constantly. They have no time to think about their own state or calm down. There are always countless thoughts in their minds, and they cannot live in the current feeling.
Mindfulness meditation is actually to let yourself observe yourself in a third-person state, give yourself a chance to let go of your thoughts, let yourself feel the state of your body, feel the thoughts that emerge in your mind, and the feelings of your body, so that you can slowly live in the present moment.
self suggestion
Our subconscious mind will be influenced by ourselves and others. In fact, self-suggestion is a way to change our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind may unconsciously affect our perception of the world, for better or for worse.
The most important key to developing the subconscious mind is repetition, that is, to repeatedly input the beliefs or behavior habits we want to input into the brain through our senses. Once a certain information is input into the subconscious mind, it will directly affect our behavior. Therefore, we can improve our energy through positive hints to ourselves. For example, when we brush our teeth in the morning, we can say to ourselves: “Every day, every aspect of my life is getting better and better.”
