Today I would like to report to you that I am currently JapanManagement Visa ApplicationThe progress of the program. At the beginning of this month, I had a brief interview with the Japanese administrative scribe and formulated a plan for myBusiness Management VisaApplication for the program.
How to find a reliable executive scribe
A lot of pals are concerned about how to find a dependableadministration clerkFirst I’ll share my own search foradministration clerkThe methodology.
We can google your area and add “Administrative Scribes Association“The keywords.
Typically, at this time of year, the web page will pop up with the home page of the local administrative scribes’ association. Clicking on this home page will give you information on a wide variety of local administrative scribes.
For example, on my side it’sNagano Administrative Scribes AssociationWe can see a lot of useful introductions when we go to the homepage.
We clickadministration clerkIntroducing, over here you can see all the administrative shushi of different cities within Nagano Prefecture, and we can click on the city we are in.
It should be noted that different administrative scribes specialize in different areas, here is a very detailed introduction, for example, if we want to apply for a business management visa, we will look for an administrative scribe whose main business has a national character.
If you want to apply for a business license, you should look for an administrative scrivener whose main business has the word “wind”. Here is the address, telephone number and fax number of each administrative scribe, and the name of the administrative scribe can be seen by clicking on the administrative scribe’s name, and some can see the administrative scribe’s website and e-mail address, so that you can contact the administrative scribe on your own to inquire about it.
It was from this list that I found an administrative scribe who specializes in foreigner business management visas. Once you find one, you can email the person directly for an initial consultation. If the person confirms that your situation can be handled, you can set up an appointment for an in-person meeting.
Steps for applying for a Japanese Management Visa
Below is a description of the plan we developed during our interview with the administrative scribe.
First of all, the advice given by the administrative scribe is that because I am nowJapanese Language SchoolsIf you are in the same situation as me, it is not recommended to apply for a management visa before graduating from a language school halfway through the program. In that case, when the Japanese Immigration Bureau reviews the application, there may be a question: why did you leave the language school halfway through and did not continue to go to school? This may question our personal planning, or even wonder if you registered a Japanese company, will you also stop halfway and not run it properly?
That’s why I feel it’s important to maintain a better personal image in Japanese society in the first place.
Secondly, although you can’t apply without graduatingBusiness Management VisaHowever, it is possible to register a Japanese company first.
This step allows us to actually register a company in Japan even if we are currently enrolled in a language school or on a traveler’s visa.
Finally, after graduation, two to three months before your visa expires, you will start applying for a management visa.
Next, the administrative scribe said that he specializes in visas, and that for company registration, I would need to find another judicial scribe who specializes in company registration, or he would recommend one for me.
Although I think it is very troublesome to entrust a person, but at the same time also have to sigh, Japan is so specialized degree is also too high, the administration of the bookkeeper’s work is really Buddhist, not their own professional money, send over also do not want, this point and the domestic generation of registration on behalf of the bookkeeper’s company is really a big difference.
For example, I still have about four months to go before I graduate from the language school, but I can actually already register my Japanese company now and start doing some daily operations. After registering my company, I can then apply for a change in my management visa after I graduate and before my student visa expires. Therefore, the two pieces of Japanese company registration and management visa application can be done in stages.
Japanese company registration process
I then contacted the company that specializes in registeringlaw clerkIn addition, we started to prepare the formalities for the incorporation of the company.
Japanese company registered capital requirements
The requirements for registering a Japanese company are simple. If a Japanese person registers a company, one yen of registered capital is sufficient; however, if a non-Japanese person registers, at least 5 million yen of registered capital is required, which is the minimum threshold.
Types of Japanese company registration
The type of company is generally recommended to choose “Corporation“, which is also known as a limited company in China. The minimum requirement for registering a company is that one person is sufficient, and the legal person himself or herself can complete the registration. Some of you may have heard that you need to hire a Japanese person in order to register a company, but in fact, this is not a necessary requirement, and a single person can fully register and operate a company.
Japanese company seal production
The second point is that there needs to be a legal person’sstamps。
Regarding seals, as I’ve shared with you before, many of my online buddies recommend engraving a seal in China because it’s cheaper. I had one engraved in China before, and it cost me about a hundred dollars. However, after about a year of using this seal in Japan, I realized that the surface of the seal had become uneven and the handwriting showed incomplete when it was stamped. Luckily, however, this seal has not been registered at the city hall.
So this month I chose to re-engrave a name seal at a local seal store in Japan. The price quoted by this store was 9,000 yen (about four hundred yuan), and I chose a wooden one for the seal material because it was relatively cheap. If you choose materials such as cow horn and metal, the price will be higher. You can also find some cheaper seals on Amazon Japan for around 2,000 to 3,000 yen (about a hundred yuan).
After the experience of engraving a seal in China, I personally prefer to spend a little more money and find a reliable local store to engrave a seal. Because after engraving the seal, you need to register it at the municipal office, and if the seal is deformed after a few years, you need to re-engrave the seal and go to the municipal office for changes, which is very troublesome.
The stamp store I chose is an old store that has been going for three generations. If you calculate 30 years for one generation, this store has been around for almost a hundred years. There are many such century-old stores in Japan. For example, a bicycle I bought when I first came to Japan is also an old store run by three generations. In the store you can see three generations, grandfather, father and son, working at the same time, which is a phenomenon that is very rare in Japan.
It should also be noted that if the seal is engraved with a Chinese name, then theresident cardYou have to have a Chinese name on it, otherwise you can’t register at the city hall. So I went to the Immigration Bureau and added my Chinese name to my resident card before I registered.
Next, after the seal is engraved, you need to go to the city hall to log in, and while logging in we can also apply for aCertificate of seal registration。
It is important to note that this certificate is valid for three months, if you do not have to use it in the last three months, it is better not to apply for an application certificate, and apply for it when you use it.
If there isJapan Personal Number CardIf you do, you can print it directly from the printer at any convenience store in Japan.
with respect toPersonal Number CardWe recommend that you apply for the program when you come to Japan. The application process is very simple. There will be a pamphlet at the city hall and you can follow the guidelines on it at theFill out the information onlineYou can do so. Once your application is successful, just pick it up at the City Hall.
Starting from next year, paper social security cards will no longer be issued in Japan, and all of them will be replaced by individual numbered cards. So the personal number card will definitely be a must for those who come to Japan in the future.
