Martial arts requires “gradual and epiphany”.
“Gradual work” is like sawing wood with a rope, and water dripping through a stone;
“Sudden Enlightenment” is from quantitative change to qualitative change. Once the mind is enlightened, everything is clear.
When gradually losing power, epiphany requires spirituality.
It’s a pity that there are many people in the world who rely on their own wisdom, write down a few sentences, and then want to take a shortcut.
