Found the problem: the chip is hot when charging. The test charges batteries with different power levels, and the heat generation is different. It should be that the charging current is large and the heat generation is large when the battery is low.
After adjusting the circuit, the charging current is limited to half of the original, and the charging time is about 2 hours. With longer charging time, in exchange for low heat generation and high safety.
However, this may be related to false soldering. I soldered again and the temperature dropped a little.
