Discussing with others is also a way of thinking, but don’t do it behind closed doors. The problem of thinking is not something that can be thought of by oneself.
The age of adults is different, we can make good use of tools to solve problems.
For example, you can use the dictation function of the iPhone, you can speak it directly, and then send it to ChatGPT for polishing, and finally modify and confirm.

Because sometimes thinking is fast, I will skip the intermediate steps, which makes it easy for others not to follow my ideas. Need to improve my ability to express my thoughts, if express myself clearly.

Make a schedule and execute it one by one. Don’t procrastinate, rest if you are tired, don’t stay up late, control your diet, especially starch intake, and focus your attention.
Dive Deep & Have BackBone
Many times, facing unfamiliar problems, you need to find a solution. Of course, asking others is a way, but you also need to dive deep to solve it. There is a trade off problem here. On the premise of time permitting, self-research, search, read documents, read code, and read Issue/Ticket/SIM are all methods.
You should also express your own opinions so that others can understand your requirements. At the same time, the process of Discuss is also a process of helping everyone improve together. Of course, we must pay attention to the method, not to be aggressive, but to make suggestions constructively!
