In terms of subsidy conditions, the natural person car owner scraps or transfers out the passenger car registered in the city for more than 1 year, purchases a new energy passenger car from the car sales enterprise in this city, and issues a “Uniform Invoice for Motor Vehicle Sales”, and sells it in the city. Complete the licensing procedures for newly purchased new energy passenger cars before February 28, 2023 .
In addition, the time of scrapping or transferring out of the city is subject to the date of cancellation or transfer of the vehicle file provided by the public security traffic management department. The registration time of the passenger car is based on the registration time of the new car provided by the public security traffic management department.
