In this regard, Zhong Xuegao responded today: There is no ice cream that does not melt, just because the main ingredients of the related products are milk, cream, etc., and no additional drinking water is added, the solid content of the product itself reaches about 40%, which is completely melted. Afterwards, it is naturally viscous, and will not completely disperse into a puddle of water.  Regarding the addition problem, Zhong Xuegao said that in order to maintain the good flavor and shape of the product during the shelf life, the product only uses a very small amount of food emulsification and thickener, which are added in strict accordance with relevant national standards and can be eaten with confidence.
