introduction
On April 24, 2022, the “China Space Day” with the theme of “Space Lighting Dreams” aroused heated discussions among the people, and the development process of my country’s aerospace industry has once again attracted widespread attention. my country’s aerospace industry started in 1956, and has launched various types of artificial earth satellites, such as scientific experiment satellites, resource survey satellites, communication satellites, and meteorological satellites.
Our country’s mission is to “explore outer space and expand our understanding of the earth and the universe; use outer space peacefully to promote human civilization and social progress for the benefit of all mankind; meet the needs of economic construction, scientific and technological development, national security and social progress, and improve the national Scientific quality, safeguard national rights and interests, and enhance comprehensive national strength. China’s development of aerospace industry implements the guidelines for the development of national science and technology undertakings, namely independent innovation, key leaps, supporting development, and leading the future. , cooperation and sharing” as the principle, and draws a blueprint for China’s aerospace industry.
In recent years, with the development of the Internet and communication industries, and the cross-border integration of fields, the development of my country’s commercial aerospace has also taken on a new look. In 2021, the total number of commercial satellite launches in my country will account for 43% of the total number of launched spacecraft, and the total number of commercial rocket launches will account for 49% of the country’s total annual launches.
The composition of the aerospace industry can be divided into three parts: space technology, space applications, space science
Launch sites and measurement and control: The adaptive transformation of the Jiuquan, Taiyuan and Xichang launch sites has been fully completed, and the offshore launch platforms have been put into use; Space measurement and control missions represented by the “Tianwen-1” Mars probe.
Space infrastructure: including satellite remote sensing system (dedicated to land, ocean, observation business services), satellite communication broadcasting system (dedicated to fixed communication, steady progress in the construction of mobile communication broadcasting satellite system, etc.), satellite navigation system (Beidou satellite system).
Manned spaceflight: “Tianzhou-2”, “Tianzhou-3” cargo spacecraft and “Shenzhou 12” and “Shenzhou 13” manned spacecraft were successfully launched, and quickly docked with the “Tianhe” core module to form a space station The combination is running stably, and six astronauts have successively stationed in the Chinese space station.
New technology test: Launch a number of new technology test satellites, and carry out technical test and verification of a new generation of communication satellite public platform, very high-throughput communication payload, Ka-band broadband communication, satellite-to-ground high-speed laser communication, and new electric propulsion.
Deep Space Exploration: Lunar Exploration Project: “Chang’e 4” made a soft landing on the far side of the moon. “Chang’e 5” realized the sampling and return of extraterrestrial celestial bodies. Planetary exploration project: The “Tianwen No. 1” Mars rover has orbited and landed on Mars, and the “Zhurong” Mars rover has carried out inspection and exploration.
Space transportation system: Since 2016, as of December 2021, a total of 207 launch missions have been completed, of which the Long March series of launch vehicles have completed 183 launches, and the total number of launches has exceeded 400.
Space environment governance: Spacecraft such as “Tiangong-2” actively deorbit at the end of their missions, making positive contributions to the mitigation of space debris. Active progress has been made in the search, tracking and data analysis of near-Earth small objects.
