Gutenberg 13.1 has been released, this release focuses on improvements and bug fixes, the biggest highlight being the addition of a new border design component. One notable bug that theme authors should be aware of is the lack of styles in the site editor. When stylesheets are enqueued via wp_enqueue_block_style(), they obviously don’t exist.
