Statistics from Blackhawk Photovoltaics found that by the end of 2021, 137 listed photovoltaic companies had 60,395 R&D personnel. Among the enterprises in the core photovoltaic manufacturing process, including Tongwei, Sunshine, TBEA, Aixu, Risen Energy, LONGi, Trina, Jinko, Zhonghuan, etc., are in the forefront.
Under the trend of “double carbon”, the photovoltaic industry has accelerated its development with unprecedented expectations, and various R&D and innovative talents in the photovoltaic field have become increasingly scarce. Blackhawk Photovoltaic found that, on the one hand, the scale of the R&D personnel of some of the above-mentioned leading companies is increasing rapidly; at the same time, various companies are striving to build their own innovation platforms to attract the best talents in China and even the world to join them.
