According to the latest data from the China Index Research Institute, as of now, of the 22 cities in the third batch of centralized land supply in 2022, 13 cities have completed the transfer, and a total of 223 residential land-related deals have been completed, with a receipt of 388.8 billion yuan. Among them, the premium of 35 parcels reached the upper limit, accounting for 15.7%. Experts said that on the whole, the third round of land sales in most cities has declined, but thanks to the timely adjustment of land supply strategies in various places, the pass-through rate has remained low. Looking forward to the fourth quarter, the current “less and better” supply method is expected to continue in many places. Affected by the low base last year, the land market turnover in the fourth quarter may rebound year-on-year. (China Securities Network)
