Partake Foods, an American manufacturer of allergen-friendly cookies, offers a line of gluten-free cookies that are free of eight major allergens, including dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soy. Products include crunchy and soft-baked triple chocolate as well as ginger-flavored cookies. The brand recently launched a five-in-one baking recipe that is free of the first eight allergens. Partake Foods recently announced the completion of an $11.5 million Series B round from Cleveland Ave’s CAST US Fund, Fearless Fund, Supply Change Capital, Kaya Ventures and existing backers Marcy Venture Partners, CircleUp Growth Partners, Black Star Fund, FF2032 and Black Capital.
