Tim Ho Yun was officially wholly-owned by Philippine catering giant Jollibee

Tim Ho Wan is a well-known Hong Kong dim sum restaurant brand, offering affordable and delicious Hong Kong-style dim sum, including crispy char siew buns, pan-fried carrot cakes, fragrant mara cakes, and glittering shrimp dumplings. In a statement to the Philippine Stock Exchange, Jollibee mentioned that Jollibee acquired the remaining 15% stake in Tim Ho Wan held by Singapore-based private equity fund Titan Dining for S$71.56 million (equivalent to HK$410 million).
