The world’s richest man, Elon Musk, announced on Monday that he will take over as Twitter’s CEO after completing his acquisition of Twitter. On October 27th, Musk bought Twitter for $44 billion, putting an end to a back-and-forth takeover. Twitter’s shares, which will cease trading on Nov. 8, will be delisted; the company’s shares have grown an average of 8.4% annually in the nine years since they went public, less than double-digit gains for the S&P and Nasdaq over the same period. …
