Former EV upstart Nikola CEO Mark Russell has sold more than a third of his direct stake since announcing his retirement at the end of the year. Since Sept. 15, Mark Russell has sold more than 1 million shares, worth $17.2 million, almost every day. Its stake fell to 1.96 million shares after the sell-off, it disclosed in a regulatory filing on Wednesday. Milton owns about 9 percent of Nikola through an entity Lohscheller and Russell jointly own called T&M Residual. (Zhitong Finance)
