“We recognize that many of our users are active on other social media platforms. However, we will no longer allow certain social media platforms to promote for free on Twitter,” Twitter said in a statement on Sunday.
The company continued: “We will remove accounts created solely to promote other social platforms, as well as content that contains links or usernames to Facebook, Instagram, Mastodon, Truth Social, Tribel, Nostr, and Post.
