36 Krypton learned that Tianqi Lithium announced that Tianqi Lithium Energy Australia Pty Ltd (“TLEA”), a subsidiary of the company, intends to sign a “Plan Implementation Agreement” with Essential Metals Limited (“ESS”), a listed company in Australia. About 136 million Australian dollars in cash to purchase all shares in ESS. After the transaction is completed, TLEA will hold 100% of the outstanding shares of ESS. According to the ESS resource report, the total amount of ESS lithium ore resources is 11.2 million tons, with an average lithium oxide content of 1.16%.
