On January 11, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and Lenovo Group, a “double real enterprise”, jointly released the industry’s first “China Enterprise Intelligence Maturity Report (2022)”. The report shows that various industries have generally initiated intelligent transformation and a few leading enterprises have emerged, but more than 80% of enterprises are still in the early and middle stages of transformation, and the level of enterprise intelligent transformation needs to be further improved.
Proportion of companies with different intelligence maturity levels
The report conducted research, analysis and evaluation on the intelligence maturity of more than 500 large and medium-sized enterprises in various industries in China, and divided the level of intelligent transformation into five levels of L1-L5, including those still in the basic information construction, passive digital/intelligent L1 for digitalization attempts, L2 for local digital construction, exploration and application of intelligent applications, L3 for comprehensive investment planning and construction of company-level digital bases as a reserve for intelligentization, L4 for basically realizing intelligent operation of the entire value chain, and new IT technology and business Fully integrated, open and empowering L5 that drives industry transformation and innovation.
According to the survey, 16% of enterprises have reached the level of intelligent operation and even innovation development. Intelligence has been recognized and played a role as a kind of productivity, and a digital innovation culture has gradually formed.
