A consulting firm is suing Twitter, saying it was not paid for work it did in forcing Elon Musk to buy Twitter. Charles River Associates (CRA) was hired by Twitter in August 2022, when Twitter filed a lawsuit because Musk refused to complete a $44 billion acquisition agreement. Musk completed the acquisition of Twitter in late October after making sure he would lose in court. From August 15 to October 27, the CRA provided Twitter with the expert consulting work and services requested by Musk’s lawsuit. But then Twitter did not pay a total of 2.19 million US dollars in consulting fees. The CRA accused Twitter of breach of contract. In addition to the CRA, several companies have accused Twitter of failing to fulfill its contract after Musk’s acquisition.
