AutoHotkey v2 officially released

AutoHotkey v2, the Windows scripting language used to create shortcuts and automations, has officially become the main version. The maintenance of v1 is no longer recommended. The developer recommends that v1 users migrate to v2, but v1 scripts can continue to be used, and v1 can coexist with v2. The developers claim that the backwards compatibility requirement limits improvements and enhancements to the language, removing a lot of inconvenience by making v2 incompatible with v1. v2 contains a number of improvements, including: elimination of double syntax in v1, users only need to learn one syntax; improved error detection and reporting; Launcher app to help users move from v1 to v2 and use both versions at the same time; new graphical user Interface Dash app and more.
