For me at this stage, it’s not a major concern. And I also have a good idea of ​​what corporate culture really is, what it does, whether it even works…

In fact, the corporate cultures of most good companies are similar, but there will be some changes in the specific words, some formal, some colloquial, for example, some companies emphasize that “the mission must be achieved”, and some companies I hope that “doing what you say” actually expresses the same meaning. But whether these corporate cultures can play a role is what we should really pay attention to.

Why is that all there is, and most companies just hang their corporate culture on the wall and say it but they don’t implement it in behavior?

Because there is no one to stick to and guard, the simplest thing is, “No one is serious”, if you are serious, you may not get any benefits if you offend others, so after a long time, no one will be serious. When things that harm organizations and companies happen, everyone sees and knows, and no one will stop them, and no one will stop them…

If the problems at the upper level are not solved, the middle level or even the grassroots will only be ineffective and busy, and will not really solve the problem.

As the leader of an organization or enterprise, how to solve the problem of cultural implementation is actually a matter of physical, mental and spiritual effort.
