The solution is as follows:
Mail –> Settings –> Account (select your own sending account) –> Change the Outbox to Sent Mail in Mailbox Behavior
After modification, sent emails will be saved locally, not on the server. If there is a need to save on the server, you need to set it on the mailbox management page. Here we take QQ mailbox as an example.
Log in to the QQ mailbox through the webpage, and check the option of saving to the server after SMTP sending in the account setting->account
So far, all the configurations are completed, and Mail.app will no longer prompt the above error after sending the mail, and the sent mail can also be saved in the Tencent mailbox.
