The Boeing Starliner spacecraft is ready for an uncrewed launch to the International Space Station this week, NASA said.
The mission will be carried out by Boeing’s CST-100 Starliner spacecraft, which is expected to launch from the Kennedy Space Center on Thursday afternoon. If the spacecraft launches successfully, it will attempt to dock with the International Space Station on Friday, stay for four to five days before returning to Earth.
If all goes according to plan, Starliner could have its first crewed launch in the fall.
