The review this time is a Bluetooth headset: Pincun QW-10 ear-hook type.
I lost my previous headphones for a long time and have never bought new ones. The main reason is that I don’t know which headphones to buy. Simply put, the more expensive the better, but working-class people like me are unlikely to spend too much money on one pair of headphones.
The headphones I have used before are all in-ear type. I once caused ear inflammation due to unscientific wearing (not following the 60-60-60 principle), and I have not used headphones much since then.
The 60-60-60 principle is: when wearing headphones, the volume should not exceed 60%, do not wear them continuously for more than 60 minutes, and do not wear headphones when the ambient sound exceeds 60 decibels
Later, I saw some bone conduction headphones and was a little excited. However, the price was too expensive. Shaoyin’s entry-level models cost over 100 yuan (I’ve watched a lot of treasure appraisal live broadcasts recently, and it’s actually around 500 yuan).

The advantage of over-the-ear headphones is that they neither go into the ears nor need to be placed close to the face (bone conduction). Although some ear-clip headphones also have this advantage, the ear-clip headphones always feel painful when worn for a long time.
In addition, I recently discovered an APP that can listen to songs on various platforms without having to switch back and forth between several music-listening APPs. I have always wanted to buy a pair of headphones, so I simply read the introduction and placed an order.

Take out the headset and turn it on automatically. At this time, you can use your mobile phone to search for the QW-10 headset device, and you can pair it with a click, and the pairing speed is quite fast.
This is the first time I use this kind of ear-hung headphones. I was a little bit uncomfortable wearing them at first. The main reason is that they are a little different from the previous Bluetooth headphones. The right earphone in the earphone box is actually for the left ear, and the left earphone is for the right ear ( But you’ll know after wearing it twice)
There is no difficulty in wearing headphones while wearing glasses. It is relatively stable after being put on, and you will not feel the shaking of the headphones when you shake your head left and right.
As for the sound quality, I feel it’s pretty good, at least not worse than the previous Xiaomi Bluetooth headsets. It’s definitely enough for listening to music and watching videos.
The sound heard during WeChat video calls feels clearer than previous Bluetooth headsets. I don’t know what the effect is when others hear my voice. I temporarily understand that it is not degraded. It is said that there is a noise reduction microphone, which should be better.
In terms of sports, you can’t feel the earphones shaking when jogging. Unlike other wired earphones (whether Bluetooth or not), the earphone cable will keep rubbing against the earbuds when jogging, resulting in a constant rumbling sound. I jogged a few kilometers at night and the experience was good.
In addition, because it is an ear-hook type, you can hear ambient sounds compared to the in-ear type, making it safer to exercise, especially running.
In terms of waterproofing, the waterproof level is IPX5, so sweat should be no problem.
In addition, there is a touch control area on the outside of the earphones, which has common functions. It seems that it can also wake up Xiao Ai’s classmates.
The input of the charging box is 5V, 1A, and the charging speed is okay. Since I just got it a day ago, there isn’t much to evaluate in terms of battery life. It feels like the battery is always 100%.
Regarding sound leakage, after all, it is not an in-ear type, so it is impossible to leak at all, but the actual measured sound leakage is very small, so you don’t have to worry about sound leakage in daily scenarios.
Summary: After using this headset, I will basically never use wired headphones (Bluetooth or non-Bluetooth) and in-ear headphones. I have no experience with bone conduction and ear clip types, so I can’t comment. For the price of 200+, it is still very worth buying.
