Not exact, but close. I remembered that I’ve been blogging for twenty years when I saw a couple of “X Anniversary of Blogging” posts in my RSS reader one after the other – and it went by in a flash. I wrote my first blog post in May/June 2004. At first, I had no idea what to write, so I adapted a short movie I watched during my animation class and turned it into two short stories. But then a few times to change the domain name, server, export, import some losses, plus every time to do this kind of relocation work is inevitable to look back at the old articles, read the ancient articles feel ashamed also deleted part. Now it is hard to say whether there is any regret, but should not do this kind of thing again. It’s not at all that I don’t want to delete it again, in fact, there’s no harm in returning it all to zero, but it’s just that deleting it all seems like I’m still repairing a self-portrait whose paint has long since dried and cracked.
Far from it, but not really off topic. Blogging is certainly a form of writing, whether it’s writing about what you think and what you do, as I do, or writing technical blogs to record insights and create tutorials. Writing is always a way for writers to step out of their daily unconscious behavior and thinking patterns and talk to their readers, even if the readers are only themselves. You will use writing to try to communicate with the reader, challenge her or persuade her or …… even which to stay which to delete, this action, or decided not to delete, this attitude, in fact, are also part of the communication. Maybe it’s the countless times I’ve communicated with myself over the past twenty years that have allowed me to accept the person I once was and find the person I want to be.
The end.
