Our IQ Tax Research Center has compared the listings on the Ziroom platform with listings on other rental apps.
Taking Tianjin as an example, we selected the housing in Tianjin Sunac Zhenyuan, and found that the price of the same area of shared housing on the shell is 990 yuan per month; when it comes to Ziru, the price becomes 1030 yuan per month , the monthly price difference is 40 yuan.
In Shanghai’s Longhu Lake City Tianjie Community, a 35-square-meter apartment in the same community is quoted at 3,100 yuan per month on the Shell App; on the Ziru App, the price becomes 3,590 yuan per month, and the monthly The rental price is 490 yuan more expensive.
If the difference between tens of yuan and hundreds of yuan between different platforms is justifiable, then the price of some Ziroom houses is really out of line.
In the Huilongguan area of Beijing, which is also located in the fourth district of Longtengyuan, it is also a shared rental property of about 22 square meters. The quotation on Shell is 2,300 yuan per month; on the Ziru App, the quotation has turned into 5,730 yuan, which is more expensive than Shell. The listings on it have increased by 2430 yuan.
In addition, the prices of similar properties, even if they are also on the Ziroom App, are sometimes very different, making it difficult for many people to understand.
In Beijing’s Deshunyuan community, it is also a whole rental house of about 57 square meters. It is also facing south, and it is also on the third floor from the sixth floor to the top. In addition, when renting a house on the Ziroom App, tenants also need to pay a service fee every month, ranging from 8% to 10% of the rent.
In this way, compared with other houses, living in Ziru House is indeed a slightly extravagant thing.
Are you willing to live?
Although the rent price of Ziroom is not cheap, many people are still willing to rent. The reason for this is mainly because of the following reasons:
