Airbnb closes local business in China

Airbnb shuts down China operations , removing 150,000 listings. Since entering the Chinese market in 2016, Airbnb has struggled to open up in competition with local companies, people familiar with the matter said, exacerbated by the epidemic and the new crown clearance policy. San Francisco-based Airbnb will continue to maintain its Beijing office to serve Chinese tourists traveling abroad.
