According to CNBETA reports, Phil Spencer, head of Microsoft’s Xbox, said today that he supports Blizzard’s Raven Software to set up the Raven Software QA union.
Raven Software is one of Blizzard’s studios and has worked on games such as Call of Duty: Warzone. Previously, the studio’s QA department had been hoping to set up a union, but it did not get Microsoft’s support. And Phil Spencer said that once the Microsoft-Blizzard deal is completed, Microsoft will organize the existing employees this time, and believes that this is the power of employees.
