Pinwan June 1 news, Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger signed an agreement with Vietnamese firm Vingroup to jointly develop technologies including autonomous driving. Intel is looking to accelerate its entry into the auto industry and expand operations in Vietnam, its largest testing and assembly base, the report said.
On May 31, Vingroup announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Intel to create a range of advanced computing systems, including 5G-enabled smart city and smart building solutions, smart manufacturing processes, cloud services and AI, and advanced computing systems based on Mobileye technology.
