The solution is as follows:
1.Win+R, input: gpedit.msc
2. Select [Computer Configuration]-[Windows Settings]-[Security Settings]-[Local Policies]-[Security Options], find [User Account Control: Run all administrators in administrator approval mode] on the right, and double-click
3. Change [Enabled] to [Disabled], click [Apply]
4. Restart the computer
