HTTPS is HTTP over Secure Socket Layer, an HTTP channel aimed at security, so http requests are not allowed on pages hosted by HTTPS. Once it occurs, it will prompt or report an error:
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.taobao.com/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘https://ift.tt/rWOwyG3’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
