Aledade raises $123 million in Series E funding

Aledade is an American primary care physician platform that adopts a value-based healthcare model and operates under a value-based payment structure to provide users with nursing services, reduce overall costs, and provide primary care physicians with the service of operating medical insurance co-saving programs . It recently raised $123 million in a Series E round led by OMERS Growth Equity, bringing the company’s total funding since its founding in 2014 to more than $400 million. Meritech Capital led the round, with participation from new investors Tiger Global Management and IVP, and previous investor OMERS Growth Equity.
