Animated Drawings is an online demo project that allows parents or guardians to convert children’s drawings into 33 types of animations that make cartoon characters move, run, and jump for great fun. @Appinn
Animated Drawings
Animated Drawings is built on Detectron2 and AlphaPose . Motion capture data from CMU Graphics Motion Capture Lab and Mixamo .
The usage process is also relatively simple:
- Upload a portrait (or a cartoon image) drawing
- Automatically recognize and crop portrait subjects
- Automatic snapping (and manual trimming)
- Automatic recognition of head, limbs, joints, and manual adjustment
- Choose from 32 templates for animation

Then you can move.
Isn’t it great.
For children, if their paintings can move, they will be very excited. Parents, children and mothers, go and play.

Regarding the privacy of uploaded drawings, Animated Drawings said that it will keep the image for a short period of time, and then it will be deleted if it does not agree to contribute to the public dataset.
