Over the past two decades, Apple’s stock price has grown 600-fold, with a market cap of $2.4 trillion. It benefits in large part from the supply chain from China. But Apple is currently moving from China to South and Southeast Asia . 150 of Apple’s largest suppliers have production facilities in China. Tim Cook, who served as head of operations before becoming CEO in 2011, is a frequent visitor to China. He has been recruiting new partners for some time now. He hosted Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at Apple headquarters in May. Apple is expected to open its first brick-and-mortar store in India next year. Vietnam and India are the main beneficiaries of Apple’s supply chain shift.
