Pinwan, September 27, according to Jiemian News, Arm announced the appointment of Jason Child as Chief Financial Officer, who will join Arm on November 2 to lead the company’s global finance and IT organization and report to CEO Rene Haas .
Child will succeed current Chief Financial Officer Inder Singh, who will continue in an advisory role at Arm and assist with the transition until November before moving on to new job opportunities. In addition, Arm announced the appointment of former AOL chief financial and administrative officer Karen Dykstra and Raine Group co-founder and partner Jeff Sine as new board members, effective immediately.
