Footasylum is a lifestyle fashion retailer focused on bringing a line of footwear and apparel to market, with a focus on Footasylum’s full line of athletic products. Featuring chase brands like adidas Originals, Nike, Ellesse, Antony Morato and Good For Nothing. JD Sports Fashion, the UK’s largest sportswear retailer, will sell Footasylum to German asset manager Aurelius Group for an enterprise value of about 45 million euros ($46 million).
