It is understood that Wuhan will actively and steadily promote the unmanned driving policy to realize the opening of the whole area in Wuhan in stages, and gradually open up applications in airports, expressways and other scenarios. To the extent permitted by laws, regulations and policies, Baidu Apollo and its affiliates are supported in deploying large-scale driverless commercial operation services across the city. The two parties will work together to build a world-leading unmanned driving operation area in Wuhan.
Baidu Apollo has deployed autonomous driving for ten years, relying on a solid AI technology base to create a safe, intelligent, and efficient autonomous driving technology system.
