When we encounter some uncomfortable things in life, there are two routes:

  1. Recognize that this is a problem and work hard to change him so that he is no longer a problem
  2. Recognize it’s a problem, but tell yourself that you’ll get used to it

If you find yourself doing the latter when you encounter something lately, you need to be wary of “habits.”

We need to be wary of “habit”, because the power of habit is too powerful, it can rationalize everything that is unreasonable. And once the unreasonable things are rationalized, I lose the possibility of making things better.
