Fangfu Environmental Protection is an environmental sanitation and public facility installation service provider, mainly involved in solid waste treatment, municipal facility management, environmental sanitation and public facilities installation services, and rural domestic waste operating services. Recently, Beiqing Huanneng announced that Shifang Huanneng, a wholly-owned subsidiary, plans to acquire a 99.99% stake in Shandong Fangfu held by Qingyu Xinneng for 186 million yuan. After the acquisition is completed, Shandong Fangfu and its subordinate Heze Tonghua and Shanxian Tonghua kitchen waste treatment project companies will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the listed company.
