Foreign bodies in the external auditory canal of adults are mostly left in the ear due to ear picking, trauma, etc., or insects enter the ear during camping and camping.
There are many types of foreign bodies in the external auditory canal, which can be divided into three categories according to different types:
1. Animal foreign bodies: including cockroaches, mosquitoes, moths, ants, maggots, centipedes, etc. It often flies into or crawls into the ear when sleeping at night.

Specifically, animal foreign objects such as live insects can crawl and stir in the external auditory canal, causing severe ear pain and tinnitus. Sharp foreign objects entering the ear can cause unbearable pain, tinnitus, and even bleeding.
