36氪 was informed that Canalys data shows that in the third quarter of 2022, global cloud infrastructure service spending was US$63.1 billion, a year-on-year increase of US$13.8 billion and an annual increase of 28%. Negatively affected by inflation and rising energy prices, businesses have had to deal with market uncertainty by reducing budgets, which could disrupt demand for cloud services in the short term. Combined with the impact of a stronger dollar, the annual growth rate of spending on cloud services fell below 30% for the first time. In the third quarter, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud remained the top three vendors, accounting for 63% of global cloud spending and a combined increase of 33%.
