Pinwan, July 8th, according to the WeChat public account of the Digital Music Working Committee of the China Audio and Digital Association, on July 1st, a seminar on legal issues related to the right to remuneration for sound recordings in the field of live broadcasting was held in Beijing.
The seminar was directed by the China Audio-Video and Digital Publishing Association and hosted by the Digital Music Working Committee of the China Audio-Video and Digital Publishing Association. Ao Ran, executive vice-chairman and secretary-general of China Audio-Video and Digital Publishing Association, put forward requirements for the research work on the “right to remuneration” payment mechanism, hoping to fully implement and respond to the “14th Five-Year Plan for Copyright Work” issued by the National Copyright Administration spirit and the spirit of the conference “Promoting the Construction of a Good Ecology of Digital Music Copyright”. On the basis of extensive research and full demonstration, formulate a payment mechanism scheme that conforms to market laws, is fair and reasonable, has Chinese characteristics and can be in line with international standards.
