Coinsmart is a cryptocurrency exchange that provides Canadian investors with cryptocurrency trading services, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple and other cryptocurrencies. Canadian crypto-asset trading platform Coinsquare announced today that it has entered into an acquisition agreement with CoinSmart to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of its wholly-owned operating subsidiary Simply Digital Technologies Inc., which owns and operates the CoinSmart trading platform.
