Yang Zijiang, founder of Kechuang and chairman of the IEEE Electric and Intelligent Vehicle Technical Committee, told 36氪: After this round of financing, Kechuang will accelerate the development of scene description languages, intelligent traffic flow and safety-critical scene generation algorithms, and high-fidelity sensor simulation. Convinced Kechuang was established in 2019 and incubated by the Cross-Information Core Technology Research Institute headed by Academician Yao Qizhi, a Turing Award winner. At present, the team has nearly 70 people, of which more than 75% are R&D personnel, and more than 40% have doctoral and master degrees. It is expected that the number of team members will reach 100 by the end of this year.

Convinced Kechuang’s cloud simulation test platform
At present, the company mainly has three main categories of products: one is the dedicated programming language for the description of the underlying scene, and the other is the development of artificial intelligence-based autonomous driving simulation software, which uses big data to train intelligent traffic flow algorithms and train high-fidelity sensor models. At the same time, it provides software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop test tool chains for autonomous driving software and domain controllers. The third is platform-based products such as simulation test cloud platforms and autonomous driving development environment platforms. Mainly for automobile manufacturers, autonomous driving companies and industry supervision and evaluation agencies.
Among them, I believe that the large-scale cloud simulation test platform developed by Kechuang is mainly for mass-produced L2 advanced assisted driving systems and L4 autonomous driving system tests under development. It can be based on scene description language, machine learning, fuzz testing, scene generalization, intelligent Traffic flow and confrontation scene generation and other technologies use cloud-native architecture to improve the scene coverage of autonomous driving systems in the operational design domain through scene description and generalization algorithms, and improve simulation test efficiency through cloud-based large-scale parallel testing to stop traffic accidents. in the virtual world.
It is understood that the products of the simulation test cloud platform of SHENZHUANG focus on the authenticity and effectiveness of the simulation platform, providing customers with a more efficient, lower cost, more realistic and stable operation experience. At the same time, it is smoothly connected with the current mainstream simulation test products, and I believe that Kechuang can transfer the data and test solutions accumulated by other similar products to this platform for use.

At the same time, we are convinced that Kechuang also undertakes corporate social responsibilities by writing technical standards, open source self-developed technologies, and sharing research results. As one of the initiating units, we are convinced that Kechuang participated in the establishment of an open source working group for intelligent travel. We believe that Kechuang’s autonomous driving software development platform and simulation test platform are also among the open source projects. In cooperation with projects donated by other partners, an autonomous and controllable autonomous driving system architecture has been built from open source chips, programming languages, operating systems, middleware, self-driving software, and algorithm development to all basic software. It is believed that Professor Yang Zijiang, founder of Kechuang, serves as the head of the working group, and four academicians serve as members of its technical steering committee.
