Cost Transfer Theory and Humanity and Heaven

It occurred to me last night that the theory of cost transfer is a modern interpretation of “the way of man, the loss is not enough to give more”. Under the package of “modernization” and “civilization”, the method of “not enough damage to give more than enough” has changed from plundering to cleverness, and the price has been passed on to the most vulnerable groups and the silent of nature.

Then in what form does the opposite of this one-way effect, “the way of heaven, damage what is more than make up for what is not enough” appear?

Here are some things I see:

  1. The one-way accumulation and concentration of risks and the resulting explosion of long-tail benefits
  2. Various climate disasters caused by damage to the ecological environment
  3. Bioaccumulation, the accumulation of harmful substances in the human body
  4. Revolt of the Weak, Civil Disobedience, and Violent Revolution
  5. The overall deterioration of the social environment, who can be alone?

The opposite is the movement of the Tao, and the weak is the use of the Tao. Contradictions are accumulating silently, and will explode once the conditions are ripe. As long as the cause of the conflict remains unchanged, the suppressed outbreak will sooner or later become a major outbreak.

And how to avoid this systemic risk? Only by “doing justice for the heavens” and using human means to “make up for the deficiencies with more damages” can resolve the contradictions and risks accumulated in one-way demands between people and between people and nature.

Look at national strategy from this perspective:

  1. poverty alleviation
  2. direct tax
  3. rural revitalization
  4. Ecological Civilization Transformation
