Let’s talk about sports first, I think I really improved a lot. In the previous summer, Liu Genghong danced like crazy, and he was a little overtrained. In fact, the main reason was that the weather was too hot and the time was too long. Basically, when I go home and have a meal to digest, I have to follow the live broadcast. After the live broadcast, I have to wash and sleep, otherwise I won’t be able to get up the next day (the work place is too far).

August is a month off, and September is also a transitional stage. I thought about it carefully at the time, and my current figure (BMI 19, body fat rate of about 21%) really doesn’t need to do too much aerobics. So I started to try HIIT and TABATA that I didn’t dare to touch before, and even started to try weight training.

I have been afraid to do it before, for fear that my physical fitness is not enough to move and deform, but I will hurt myself. In addition, I know that I have a problem with my feet, that is, the part below the ankle, so although some movements are OK, but the posture is not easy to compensate for the waist and hips. So I always prefer simple aerobics that don’t require too standard movements, like Zumba dances (I mainly did these last year). To be honest, following Liu Genghong this year has helped me to correct a lot in this part, and my physical fitness has also improved after a few months. I decided to face up to my physical problems. I haven’t reached the point where I need to go to a physical rehabilitation center, so I can slowly solve my problems by doing some exercises to improve the function of the feet, and then do more local training. Because my posture has really improved a lot since I started exercising, so have confidence! I bought a pair of 1KG dumbbells before, I think it is enough for upper body training, but not enough for full body weight. Yes, because I have been training legs eccentrically, my upper and lower body strength is too weak now. For leg training, bodyweight training is completely unsatisfactory for me. I have no problem with a 30MIN complete leg training HIIT, and I can continue to do 200 squats without any problem. So I decided to buy another pair of 5KG and 8KG dumbbells to use for full body training or leg training. But don’t worry, the recent training is still mainly to improve foot function and upper body training, and occasionally a short-term aerobic can also be added.

The main reason is that the difference in strength between the upper and lower body is too great, which caused me to feel powerless when doing some whole-body training movements. I was not very good at bobby jumping before, but now I have improved a bit, but it is also easy to deform the movement… I can do all kinds of fancy squats and lunges on the legs, but the push-ups and planks on the upper body of the whole body are biased. I was blinded by this action. After thinking about it, it should be caused by the lack of strength in the arms and shoulders, so I decided to put the training of upper body strength on the agenda. Recently, I was practicing a training with small dumbbells for the two heads, three heads and shoulders. The 2KG used by others and I used 1KG until the later stage was a bit difficult. It can be seen that my strength is too weak, woo woo woo. I want to work hard! When I can finish this 20 minutes of training with 2KG, I guess I can do push-ups! Now, I can already do some kneeling push-ups, and it will definitely be useful if I practice! come on, come on, come on! ! !

After all, after 3 o’clock in the afternoon, it was the time for afternoon tea. Wherever I went, it was full of people waiting. I finally found a place with a seat. I was really tired!

Another thing I want to complain about is that I don’t know if it’s because I’ve seen too much now and I’m not interested, or it’s really just that the brand has been frying cold rice and has no new ideas. In short, I have no trouble with the limited makeup sets for autumn and winter this year, and I can’t find it at all. My desire to spend money… I really have no desire and no desire! hateful! If I can’t buy makeup, I will buy an extra bottle of perfume this year!
