DocuSign has appointed former Google executive Allan Thygesen as its new CEO. Allan Thygesen served as Google’s corporate vice president responsible for global SMB sales and operations. He previously co-founded early stage venture capital firms and was a managing partner and partner at The Carlyle Group’s U.S. corporate and growth funds, where he was responsible for investing in startups in e-commerce, mobile advertising, and imaging.
