Drata Receives USD 200 Million in Series C Funding

Drata is an American data security certification service provider, which can provide services such as collecting corporate data security evidence and simplifying compliance workflows to help companies obtain SOC2 certification. Drata announced last month that it raised $200 million in Series C funding, co-led by ICONIQ Growth and GGV Capital. Other investors in the round included LinkedIn executive chairman Jeff Weiner, SentinelOne, PagerDuty CEO Jennifer Tejada, Amazon board member Jonathan Rubinstein, Digital Inspiration founder Amit Agarwal, Datadog co-founder and CEO Olivier Pomel, Cowboy Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, etc.
