Immerok is a data service provider that supports building and running Apache Flink on the cloud. It has developed an Apache Flink cloud service called Immerok Cloud. It is serverless and abstracts away the server management tasks required to process streaming data. Recently, Confluent co-founder and CEO Jay Kreps announced that Confluent has signed a final agreement to acquire Immerok, but it did not disclose the acquisition amount.
