Former LeEco and Meizu Faraday Future Appoints Mo Cuitian as Executive Director

[CNMO News] On January 27, Faraday Future (hereinafter referred to as “FF”) announced that Mr. Mo Cuitian, executive vice president of Faraday Future’s global user ecology, was appointed as the executive director of the company’s board of directors. The appointment began in January 2023. Effective from the 25th. On the same day, the board of directors also appointed Mr. Mo Cuitian as a member of the finance and investment committee of the board of directors.

According to FF’s introduction, Mr. Mo Cuitian is the global executive vice president of FF, a member of the FF global partner management board and a member of the executive committee. Mr. Mo Cuitian led the FFIE global user ecology team to complete the strategy and execution of FFIE global brand communication and marketing, O2O sales, after-sales service, user operations, and the establishment of a global ecological O2O direct sales system. Mr. Mo Cuitian is a senior leader with more than 15 years of executive experience in the global consumer electronics, high-tech Internet and smart electric vehicle industries, and is also a core manager who participated in the early establishment of FF.

Before participating in the establishment of FF, Mr. Mo Cuitian also worked in a number of Internet-related companies. He served as the CMO of LeEco Holdings Group and the CEO of the Asia-Pacific region, and successfully helped LeEco Holdings Group develop global markets including the United States, mainland China, India, Hong Kong and other Asia-Pacific regions. He was also the vice president of Meizu Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for Meizu Smart Devices China and global business development work. Mr. Mo Cuitian has extensive experience in global marketing, branding, online and offline sales, and Internet platform operations in the global consumer electronics, smart devices, and Internet industries.

FF also stated that the company is selecting a date for the 2023 annual general meeting, which is expected to be announced soon. At the end of the announcement, FF once again stated that as long as the funds are in place in time and shareholders’ approval for increasing the number of authorized shares is obtained in time, the FF 91 Futurist electric vehicle that can be sold by FF will be mass-produced by the end of March and delivered by the end of April.
